The writing of Raymond A. Sprague

Raymond Arthur Sprague (1913-2000) did quite a bit of writing in the period just after he finished college. He worked in Paris as a journalist for the New York Herald Tribune in the early 1930s, and then left that job to spend some time traveling Europe. Throughout the 1930s he worked on short stories and essays, and the family retains manuscripts for some of these pieces.
